Freight costs are not inexpensive but these are more than offset by Webb’s Fruit freshly picked premium quality and by not having ‘middle man’ costs added to the price of fruit as it is in your local supermarket … fruit that could have spent weeks or longer in a chiller.

WHY WEBB’S FRUIT ONLY DISPATCHES FRUIT ON A MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY

The reason for this is quality. The risk of your travel box getting delayed or misplaced is minimal, but it is a risk nevertheless. Should that happen Simon and Trudi Webb can sort out the problem before the fruit is delayed by a weekend, comprising quality.

TRAVEL BOXES

Robustly made in corrugated cardboard to our specifications, Webb’s Fruit Travel Boxes are either single or double stacked with fruit placed by hand into moulded plastic trays called plix. These are designed to offer the best possible protection and to further ensure that when you buy Webb’s Fruit there is ‘Quality In Every Bite’.
